A building with a history dating back to 1935, the Dunarea Hotel, featuring 70 rooms, was inaugurated and became a landmark in the heart of the city for countless travelers passing through the North Railway Station. The building later transformed into the Sora store, renowned for offering high-quality clothing. 

Today, we are preserving this rich history by restoring the building and unveiling a new concept of boutique apartments -  The Signature Suites. 

The project's design honors the building's grandeur by retaining key elements of its original charm, such as the staircase, while the apartments' interiors will be enhanced with modern touches, reflecting contemporary living standards. These are modern apartments imbued with the charm of the past.
